*Enemies with benefits*

Hi everyone, it has been weeks, if not months, since I last put pen to paper.
My Editor, in person of Ope Shina, would by now, be thinking I have given up on this column. Well, my absence is not about me quitting, but as an output, due to some set backs, which were beyond my capacity of control, If I had tried to manage them, and still, dish out this piece every week. Anyway, not to take up time, and precious strength, attempting to layout these set backs, for proper inner standing, the primary cause et all, rather, I'd drive out to broaden the main talk at hand. Before that, I'd like to ask all that has been following this column, to please pardon my AWOL absence.

'Enemies with benefits' most persons, likely wouldn't sit comfortably with this. Having responses like "he is my enemy, what have I got to do with him?" or "we are enemies, so our paths can not cross , even if it does, eventually, I'd mind helping". Honestly this week's topic, is unequivocally funny. When ever I hear this, it does sound a little bit off awkwardly interesting, compared to what we hear everyday "friends with benefits".

However, going into the main discuss proper, it for sure, relieves my mind, knowing that, some persons would begin to see the bigger grounds, when it comes to dealing with another, they feel or have established, is their enemy, after going through this. people most often avoid their enemies, persons they know, that don't want them to elevate pass their current social status or any other status that matters. At work, meetings, etc.. They prefer to be guarded, not to get involved with a confirmed enemy. All they wish for, is for that enemy to live a less comfortable life compared to theirs, forgetting, as humans we need each other, even when we don't want to. You can very well, benefit from people you have certified are your enemy.
Referencing Ras kass in the song titled 'enemies with benefits' produced byApollo brown, he lyrically did justice to the theme of the song. Sounding all happy, talking about how he been benefiting from peeps, that has got him as their enemy. Humour laid in more, on the part where he explained how a lady, likely his one time lover, now happens to dislike him, becoming his Ex...and in future, gets horny, and wants him to come make out with her.

I think, we all as humans should not at all times be absolutely mind guarded to blind ourselves from seeing the very important parts our enemies play in our lives. Specially in areas of uplifting, every key status like, and most importantly could not be for you,but for anyone you care for, so long they benefit from your enemy through you.
